Due to nature of the handmade products, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a quality issue. But we will do our best to make you happy if there’s any specific request about your order prior and after shipping.
We usually ship out the package on the same day when an order is placed. These days the shipping may take longer than usual time due to covid issue and capacity of your local post office.
Some items are shipping via unregistered mails for saving shipping costs on both parties, the customer is also able to upgrade to registered express mail at check out if desired. Please note we are not responsible for lost & damaged mail due to wrong address or local post service issues.
Any postage overage occurred are balanced by a discounted product price to ensure a reasonable overall price at checkout.
